The clients already had reserved tickets for the Grand Egyptian Museum, which had already been paid for. Since the issue was not caused by the travelers, the team purchased new tickets for the following day without charging the clients anything additional so they could still fully enjoy the experience.
Transfers, arrival coordination, and all logistics were reorganized smoothly to ensure the clients arrived stress-free and enjoyed their stay without any problems.
